Dr. Jerry Alan Wishik, born in New York City, attended college at the State University of Stony Brook in New York, graduated medical school at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and completed a residency program in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He received his MD degree in 1979 and became a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1982. He has served as Medical Director of Physician Care Walk-in Clinic since 1985.
